Compact Clothes Dryer

The Compact Clothes Dryer is a portable spin dryer available through Laundry Alternative. The spin dryer is useful for getting out extra water from clothes that would otherwise have to hang and drip-dry.

It is not to be confused with a basic tumble dryer that completely dries your clothes (via a heating method). Ultimately, it can be compared to a wringer or the spin cycle in a washing machine which are known to remove excess water and leave your clothes damp (rather than soaking wet) so they dry relatively fast.

You can expect the Compact Clothes Dryer to work in approximately 2-3 minutes time for a 2.2 lb. capacity–washing around 1-2 pair of pants per load.

The measurements of the Compact Clothes Dryer are 13.5″ x 13.5″ x 15″ and weighs around 11 lbs. It’s also said to be very quiet, working at an RPM spin speed of 1600.

It’s perfect for RVs, dorms, studios and other small homes in need of keeping dirty clothes to a minimum throughout the week.
