DIY: Building a Hanging Bed

Building a hanging bed is probably not an idea that comes to mind often. But luckily they do exist and make a great conversation piece.
You can save substantial floor space if you hang it high enough. However, to accomodate for the height you might need to use a step stool or build your own staircase.
The DIY refers to building a hanging bed in a sunroom, but obviously this could be hung anywhere as long as the right support system. Consider hanging one in a loft or studio apartment.
