The Misfits Modular Sectional Sofa is definitely the sofa of the 21st century. This sofa was designed by Ron Arad, who has an extensive background in design.

This modular sectional sofa is comprised of five individual pieces. Three of these pieces have backrests, while the other two are considered poufs. These pieces can be arranged together or left standing alone.

Each individual piece is made with an internal frame and a flame resistant polyurethane foam covering. The pieces also have black footings that are screwed in to the metal frame and are made of polypropylene. The upholstery is only available in wool, and can not be removed.
