Induction cooking is the result of electromagnetic energy. This electromagnetism is what generates the energy for the cooking process.

This Single Burner Induction Cooktop weighs a mere 6.2lbs, measuring just 14 inches by 12.6 inches and a tiny 2.5 inches high.

The Single Burner Induction Cooktop is manufactured with adjustable heat settings which can easily be used with the integral timer to achieve the best cooking times for individual food items.

The technology behind induction cooking ensures that, throughout the entire cooking time, no thermal energy is emitted and, unless contact is made between the induction cooktop burner and the cookware, no thermal energy can be generated, immediately turning itself off.

However, when contact is made between cookware and induction loops, thermal energy is generated and the cooking process can be generated. You can even keep your hand within – well, a hands-breadth – and you don’t even feel the heat! In fact, it is barely even warm to the touch. Eco-friendly cooking and no wasted energy – with a Single Burner Induction Cooktop only steam escape from the cooking process itself.

The Portable Electric Burner is only about fourteen pounds but can cook so much more. The double burner has two iron hot plates. One hot plate one the burner is larger than the other for several reasons. The large plate gives off thirteen hundred watts, and the smaller one gives off five hundred watts.

There are two notifying lights on this sophisticated Portable Electric Burner. One light informs you that it is ready for use, and the other light is for letting you know that it is on. There are stats that help you set the temperature as high or as low as you need.

The hot iron plates will be stable at every temperature you set it to. The Portable Electric Burner will not bust glass or crack your pans. You may need to test the item on a few things before cooking with it just to understand how the temperatures work.
